Terms and Conditions

Clear Agreements. Professional Standards. Protected Projects.

Welcome to Saedus Renovations. These Terms and Conditions govern all residential and commercial renovation services provided by Saedus in Aurora, Richmond Hill, Newmarket, Vaughan, and the Greater Toronto Area.

By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms designed to ensure transparency, efficiency, and high-quality project delivery.

1. Project Scope & Agreement

All projects are executed based on written quotations, approved specifications, and mutually signed agreements. Any changes to scope, materials, or design must be documented and approved prior to execution.

2. Payment Structure

Payment schedules are clearly defined in each project agreement. Deposits, progress payments, and final balances are structured to align with project milestones and material procurement requirements.

3. Pricing Transparency

All pricing reflects agreed labor, materials, and scope of work. Additional work requested outside the original agreement may require a written change order.

4. Project Timelines

Estimated timelines are provided based on current scope and site conditions. Delays caused by material shortages, unforeseen structural issues, inspections, or third-party vendors may impact schedule.

5. Permits & Compliance

Where required, permits and inspections will be managed according to municipal regulations in Ontario. Clients agree to provide necessary access and documentation for compliance.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure clear site access, decision approvals within reasonable timeframes, and safe working conditions throughout the project.

7. Warranty

Saedus stands behind the quality of workmanship. Warranty coverage is defined in the project agreement and applies to installation and labor under normal usage conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Saedus is not responsible for pre-existing structural conditions, hidden damages, or third-party product defects unless explicitly stated in writing.

9. Communication

All formal approvals, revisions, and financial agreements must be documented in writing to protect both parties and ensure project clarity.
